I thought this would be a good video to share. I came across this video on Facebook and it has actor Kristen Bell touching on many of the issues women have in the workplace and some of the reasons why we need feminism. For instance she talks about how women are a cheap source of labor so why would we outsource when we only have to pay women .77 cents an hour. She is obviously joking, but at the same time is shedding light on the fact that the pay gap between men and women is significant and needs to be changed. I like this video because Kristen Bell talks about issues women deal with in the workplace in a comedic way. This is the first of a series of videos called Celebs have Issues.
